This expertise allows me to provide a well-rounded perspective across the full lifecycle of bringing products to market. I’ve led multidisciplinary teams across product development, design, packaging, regulatory, quality, and sourcing, consistently delivering products that align with customer needs and business goals while executing seamlessly from ideation through launch.

My work includes end-to-end private label and CPG programs, partnering with retailers, internal teams, and external vendors to develop solutions that deliver both creatively and commercially. I focus not just on the product itself, but on building the infrastructure behind it, including scalable workflows, streamlined communication, and performance metrics that drive continuous improvement.
